I tried to ask that they notify their management to not send out these delivery conformation emails and was told that it wasn't their department. Customer Service Representatives should be able to pass customer comments back to the appropriate agency for system improvements.

Received an email titled Delivery Confirmation - Response Requested. I looked around and could find no package. I even reviewed my Ring cameras and verifying no delivery occured. When calling customer service I was told that the item hasn't even been shipped. This was just an automated email that is sent out 10 days after the order was placed. Please modify your system so that a delivery conformation email is only sent out after the item has been delivered
