The product did not fit. I read all the information before ordering and is said nothing about a minimum scissor jack distance needed. Then it costs me $30 to ship it back out of pocket because they would not provide a shipping label for return. I have seen the product and would love to use it if they had a smaller version for my trailer.

Didn't fit, per step 3 in the directions my trailer didn't mean the minimum distance requirements. Would have been nice if that information was on the product description, I wouldn't have ordered it. Then customer service hasn't responded about the shipping cost. Had to pay it myself
