The box the RV cover was in was not sturdy enough to contain the cover and the box broke open during handling. The shipper taped the box back but the storage bag and ladder cover were lost when the box was compromised. The cover did not get damaged however the loose items did fall out. I recommend the use of a sturdy outer box when shipping. Kelly Pruitt
