Started to start up freg two days before trip. Found frig would work great on LP, but would not work on AC........Found Norcold Tech support on line. I purchased the tech support , and met with Brian via e-mail......He was great, and we reached a conclusion to the problem, and the parts are on the way..........If I need help again I will request tech support from Brian....

This company went out of their way to help me get the correct part its great that some company care about the customers keep up the excellent work. this is why we buy American products ,because there is someone there to back it up!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Got the part but was charged $ 12 shipping on a $ 30 part. Actual shipping cost was 3.87.. Just seems wrong. The thermostat in the top of the unit on a cooling fin, on top of the rv, under the vent. It was a bear to get to. You need a small offset screw driver to change it. The engineer who designed it should be made to change it out at least once. On another note, if your door gaskets need replacing, you have to buy the whole door. Each door must be replaced--- $800 plus a piece. Another great design

DOOR SHELVES ARE A PERFECT FIT FOR OUR 2001 NORCOLD FRIDGE. WE WERE AFRAID THEY MIGHT BE DIFFERENT BUT THEY WERE EXACTLY THE SAME AS THE OLD ONES.

It was hard for me to believe that those two wires would be the reason why my Norcold 300N-3 would not stay lit. I took a chance on the pricey wires and presto! problem solved.

Fridge worked good before repair, just wouldn't shut off with switch. Bought the kit for both optical control and power board, easy installation, just pay attention to where wires came from and mark them. Good as new, back in business, Wish my rooftop AC was that easy. Highly recommend both vendor and part.

It would have been a very good improvement if Norcold would produce a burner from more durable materials. The present burner works fine but is prone to rusting and clogging with rust. Why not a stainless burner or one of ceramicL\?
