Easy to find replacement parts online. I received an order confirmation email. But not a shipping confirmation. I needed the parts quickly before a camping trip so ordered them 2 day air. Got them just in time for trip and had a working fridge again.

I had the local mobile mechanic diagnose the issue and then gave me a price for the part which was $100 more than The Norcold Guy price! So I ordered it myself and installed myself - saved a couple of hundred by using The Norcold Guy.

My Norcold N8XRT was giving the 10-blink error code. I learned from this website that it was probably the power board and to try that first. I ordered it, swapped it out, and this morning the fridge is nice and cold. Thanks for the info and for having the board in stock!

The information on the website was very helpful. When I searched the error code on google I found this site and was able to read everything I needed to know (that it was probably the power board, but if not I might end up needing the control board in front). The clarification on the part number gave me the confidence that I was ordering the right part. It was super easy to swap out. Took all of 15 minutes.
