The replacement glass fitted perfectly on my 12 years old N6XX fridge. The glass has small chips on the round corners. Time will reveal if they will impact the long term strength of the glass. Otherwise great service, fast shipping and a good product at a fair price

This is not a quality replacement for the glass shelf that came with the refrigerator. The edges of the cut glass are very rough and uneven. Shoddy workmanship.

My order arrived totally shattered in the cardboard. I sent an email immediately when it arrived and sent pictures of the box and glass coming out of the box. I have yet to receive a response back.

I ordered a glass crisper shelf for my trailer fridge. They shipped it quickly by USPS which has to change to Canada Post to get to me. Canada Post lost the first one. I spoke to Brian at Norcoldguy and he immediately shipped a second one. This one arrived broken. I again contacted Brian who shipped a trird one. Canada Post delivered this one to a wrong address in another province if you can believe it! I reluctantely contacted Brian again as I was sure that he would think I was running some kind of scam as there is no way this could happen 3 times. But he now shipped a 4th one but we both agreed this one must be shipped by courier. I expected to pay extra for this service but they absorbed this cost and the shelf finally arrived a few days later in perfect condition. I believe they have changed thier policy and no longer use Canada Post for shipping to Canada. Canada Post is a disgrace! I can not say enough about the amazing service I recieved from Brian at thenorcoldguy. Thanks!
