I asked for help from the vendor to confirm that this was the correct one for my model #. They failed to respond to my request, so I was sent one that doesn’t fit. I had to pay return shipping, just under $20. They also told me that I’m going to had to pay a15% restocking fee. In addition, the return package has been sitting in PA post office since 2/2/23 waiting for someone to pick it up. If they don’t pick it up by the 3/8, it gets shipped back to me! This is the worst customer service I’ve encountered in some time!

I still have an ongoing issue. I returned a package of two items for a refund. The package has been sitting in a PA post office since 2/21 waiting for someone to pick it up. Needless to say, I'm waiting for my refund! Their voicemail is full so I cannot reach them by phone.

I requested in the comment section that the vendor double check me on the part #, since I found their catalog a little difficult to follow. When it arrived and didn't fit, they told me it was my responsibility to order the correct part and said they don't read the comments!

The replacement glass fitted perfectly on my 12 years old N6XX fridge. The glass has small chips on the round corners. Time will reveal if they will impact the long term strength of the glass. Otherwise great service, fast shipping and a good product at a fair price
