I purchased a rug on this website in April 2023 but surprisingly it hasn't been delivered yet until today;24 Sep.
The first expected delivery date was by the end of April, but later they emailed that it will be delayed for a month.
In May, they emailed again that it will be delivered by the end of August, but it wasn't.
I hope they aren't scammer...

The rug I ordered was lovely, and my plan was to order a second one for the same area. Unfortunately the first rug took 5 weeks to arrive, with very little information in terms of updates, and not being able to track the delivery. The second rug ordered was again taking 5 weeks to arrive and I decided to cancel in the end. The return process was quite cumbersone due to the rug size. It was too long to use the original packaging to post via Evri or Parcelforce unless I spent a lot of money. I had to fold it into a smaller size and post in a box. I then had to carry an 8 kg box to be posted. Although the choice of rugs is great, the delivery and return process has put me off ever ordering again, compared to other companies with trackable delivery times and where returned goods are collected from home for a small fee.
