Only negative was that the driver never even attempted to deliver to us. We were in but had an email saying that we were not here and that the rug had been taken to a local collection point. We had to go and fetch it

Rugs took longer to arrive than stated. One rug that was going to be out of stock delivered except it was two. Collected the next day but all the rest of the order not delivered until a few days later after chasing up by email. Courier ignored email request to deliver on Monday and delivered rugs when we were not at home.
