So far, so good. Will update later. The rugs were delivered and left in our delivery shed on site, given the size and weight I would have preferred they were delivered to the door. While I am delighted with the quality, I am disappointed the smaller rug was rolled so tight that one end still doesn't lie flat despite numerous attempts at flattening it out.

Quite tricky to lay as it’s very thin but feels tacky, and kept sticking to itself. It’s doing what it should now that the rug is on top.

Very good so far. Lots of product choice. Pleased to be able to order underlay alongside rug. Straightforward ordering process. Helpful discount. Quick delivery and no problems with rug which soon flattened into place. Can't fault the product - beautiful and just what I wanted.

Have purchased both rugs and underlay. Good products all round. Good quality. It's worth forking out (particularly for the underlay) rather than buying cheaper elsewhere that you then have to continually replace. My runners and underlay get a lot of traffic as they are placed in the kitchen (2 adults plus dogs, cats and children) and they stay in place, clean well and generally are great. Definitely recommend.

Beautiful rug, really happy with it. Purchased the underlay too, only niggle was I had to cut it to fit the rug but it was really easy. The underlay definitely stops the rug from moving around. Rug itself is fantastic quality. I had to move the delivery date at short notice and this was done with no fuss. For quality and competitive prices I would definitely recommend.

Fabulous quality and I'm happy I purchased the underlay too, really stops the rug from moving about. Had to cut the underlay so it fit the rug but this was easily done. The rug itself is gorgeous and I have had many compliments from visitors, really good quality, thick and the colours are great. Had to change my delivery day at short notice and this was done with no fuss. For quality and competitive prices I would definitely recommend.
