I'm happy with my rug even though I do think it is overpriced and much thinner than I expected but I'm disappointed in the expensive underlay which is basically a piece of overpriced fabric which doesn't even stop the rug from moving around.

I found it quite straightforward to find the colour and shade I had in mind. Other important information such as shapes, dimensions, pile height and material is clearly stated and not difficult to find. So far so good.
