Did not really work on my rug as it did not adhere to the rug undersurface even with the addition of double sided tape to the rug. Although the carpet was well vacuumed the material did not adhere well to it. Another similar product I ended using was much better.

If you’re fitting a rug on top of an existing carpet this underlay is essential and is easy to implement.

Bought this product to stop rug runners moving on carpet. Does a reasonable job but still has movement when walking across the runners. Happy though
