I was not certain that this would work, the rug I have is thick pile and I have a heavy glass coffee table on top of it. Im delighted that it works perfectly and Im very pleased. I can recommend this item.

t's a pity you didn't suggest that the rug I bought needed the underlay to prevent it rucking up & tripping me. Both together are great, the colours in the rug are just what I required

It really does do what the title suggests. Some slight movement (because I'm using a wheelchair), but with 'normal' use, any rug would held firm!
