EXCELLENT SERVICE THROUGHOUT FROM ORDERING TO RECEIVING, ONLY SLIGHTLY NEGATIVE WAS THE RUG WAS WOUND SO TIGHT IT LEFT A CREASE IN ONE PART OF THE RUG WHICH HAS NOT DISSAPEARED YET.
