Although the ordering process was good the lack of response from Rugs Direct was poor. Despite two emails and unanswered phone call messages. I was only trying to get an indication of a delivery time but apparently they are so busy with orders to be able to communicate with customers. Not a good way to give customers confidence in them.

Spent £250 but only a receipt no email about dispatch from rugs direct or courier at all.Really bad having to phone up and then given news it's already dispatched after being told it was out of stock.Dreadfull couriers DX loads of misleading tracking info ,finally arrived week later.

Carpet really good quality. Exactly as described and shown on website. Underlay was a perfect fit too, preventing slipping on our wooden floor but not changing the lay of the carpet in any way.
