Terrible customer service. I inquired several times about the status of my order with no response to emails or calls. After several weeks, I still heard nothing from the company so I ordered a different product from a different entity to replace what I ordered from roses and teacups (to ensure I had a product on time). I would have liked to cancel my order, but I was not able to since no one answers the phones or responds to emails. If I receive the product (now a month after ordering), I will send it back. Hopefully they will give me a refund.
