The boots I ordered arrived quickly and the leather is superior to other namebrand boots I have tried. The wedge comfort is amazing. It feels like walking around in sneakers on concrete slabs.

The steel toe on my left boot began to separate from the roof of the shoe and dig into my foot just after a few weeks of wear. When I wrote to Rocket Rooster within 30 days of my purchase and explained the defect, they advised me to buy an adhesive pad. I tried this approach and it did not help. When I wrote back asking for a refund for the defect, they told me I was outside of the 30 day window for returns and I would not receive a refund. I would stay away from this boot and the company.

Compré unas botas tamaño 9us y me quedaron grandes, me comuniqué con servicio al cliente y me enviaron la etiqueta para enviarlas de vuelta para cambiarlas por unas 8us, así lo hice y me enviaron las 8us y me quedaron muy bien.

The website was easy to navigate to find the right boots, the product is very watertight and comfortable. As with most work boots there is a "break in" period, but I even found that was not too bad.
