customer sevice is great, they prossesed my order fast and email me imidiatly about any issue about my order and offered alternate available options for parts. Missing parts is only due to the economy at time of this post.

I placed an order that became out of stock. They contacted me right away and and had an identical item that came with additional options. It was at an extra cost but, they did offered a discount if I did not want to wait. I also had the option of putting my purchase on back order. I took the extras and received my order.
