Iam having a great deal og difficulty understanding the tiny instruction Book thatcame with my tr500. While it just sits there, it makes strange. Popping noises. When I try to copy files by moving the SD card to my computer reader, as the manual instructs, I get "corrupt file" messages in Windows 10. The supplied software will not back up, copy, or play files either.

Poor product with non-existent support I bought these glasses from this site about 3-4 months ago. The build quality was on the poor side, but was excited anyways. First problem was one of the two battery arms did not work at all and would not charge using the charger provided. The charger itself is extremely flimsy and often pushed the male part from the glasses part back into the arms instead of plugging into the charger. The arms connection to the glasses snapped together quickly at first but soon the arm was falling off the glasses while wearing them with an small quick movement. The video quality was okay in bright light settings (hard to believe it's actually 1080p) but is unusable in moderately to poorly lit rooms. The worst was I tried contacting help about the first arm not working and only heard back that someone would be contacting but never did. I tried another couple times and nothing. Super disappointed. Noa change of a refund. Would not buy again.

Works very well at recording in person as well as over the phone. I was able to transfer both recordings into my desktop computer with ease. Both had clear distinct conversations, even with the subject over five feet away. This has been a great addition to our investigator's tool bag.

The experience was very easy. I was able to see that what I ordered is what I was looking for. There was a very good description and a video showing that the recorder does what i need it to do. I gave 4 stars for the other categories because i havent gotten the item so I really cant answer those yet. Now that I have the item, it does what I wanted it to do other than it chirps sometimes while its recording the conversation.

I am very unsatisfied with these. I purchased a pair before from this website. So I assumed I would receive the same quality product. This was not the case here. I didn't test these immediately after I bought them, I wish I did. They are defective in multiple ways. If I can get them to record anything, it is incredibly dark and the audio isn't synced. Considering I had a pair before. I know that outside during the day, the video is rather bright. But not with these, everything is dark.
