"easy. Also, regarding the recipe, a few comments. I have never used corn sugar except for carbonation. I assume it will keep the final brew in a light color while amping up the ABV. Also, I would suggest offering a few pounds of cracked grains to make the tea, before the wort. Just adds more flavor. Also, i assume the one yeast pack will do the job, although i usually use 2 for a Belgian. I won't know if I like this until the New Year. Its beer, so I will like it any way. Just some comments. "
