A must have scanner for accounting and tax offices. Fast!, user friendly, meaningful and helpful user options for specific scanning needs. Allows you to eliminate unwanted pages, you can rearrange the pages on screen, duplicate side pages are easily managed, as are odd sized pages and forms. Friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful customer service. I recommend this machine.

I have owned this product for about a week now and have been quite surprised with the product performance. It scans a double sided page in less than 2 seconds. Quality is amazing and it is a stand-alone instrument that can scan directly into Box (which is what I use for work) or Google Drive (personal) with countless other options for document delivery so it makes it very convenient for me to scan and email documents. I am quite pleased with the performance and although it comes at a steep price (I purchased the pro), it is every bit as worth it!

Sometimes you can stumble upon really good products—this is one of them. It's a scanner that gets software improvements over time; it uploads documents automatically; and run by a small business in Texas. Pros: - Saves time by helping you to rename, reorder, and edit *before* you save it. Say goodbye to file names like "GenericScan_39132" and say hello to "Electric Bill March 2020" - Skip the headache of installing drivers & software on your computer. No one is interested in installing drivers and downloading software. No one. - Save even more time uploading files to the cloud automatically. Dropbox, Google Drive, and OneDrive are all supported. Rest easy knowing it's uploaded right when you scanned it. - Doesn't need to live on your desk if you're not scanning documents every day (I have a small office supply closet that's perfect). If you're scanning to de-clutter your space, isn't getting things out of the way, the whole point? - Touchscreen keyboard is surprisingly responsive and quick - Raven team pushes regular software updates a few times a year: so it's a scanner that get's better over time? Now it's really worth the investment of your time and money. Cons: - Powered by a custom Android OS that runs just slightly slower than you'd expect. When you tap "Scan" it takes just about 1 full second to start scanning. Not really a big deal, but would love to see an improvement. - After scanning, you have to tap "OK" to get back to the home screen to start another scan. Would love to automatically just be taken home again and save a tap. Again, not a big deal, but would love the option in the next software update! - Price: it's expensive upfront, but remember you're getting not just a scanner, but a scanner that can update over time and improve itself. I don't think you're reading this review because you know you're going to buy another scanner in 12 months from now. It's pretty clear that Raven is going to continue to think about the user experience in the long-term.

Excellent product overall. Unlike other scanners, this is completely stand-alone and wireless. It has a small footprint and is is a great help for anyone wishing to transiton to paperless or reduce storage costs. Customer service is super responsive and even open to comstructive criticism.
