I heard about this scanner in multiple Facebook groups for Bookkeepers. After years of standing by my hand fed, non-duplexing 3 in 1 scanner, I took the plunge and ordered a Raven Scanner. It is life changing! I have the scanner on the corner of my desk, and I can scan and print or email at the speed of light. With all the time I will save, why did I wait so long!

I received a welcome email and an email that reminded me that if I had any problems, to contact them and letting me know about the warranty. Today, less than one week from the date of receiving the Raven Scanner, I had a thoughtful phone call from Cody to make sure I was happy with the purchase and he gave me some more insight. They are working on becoming compliant to be able to send medical documents and the Raven has a fax option. Thanks Cody!

I wish I could pick more than one description for this product and the staff at Raven...THEY ARE EXCEPTIONAL! The scanner itself is fantastic (with cute jokes on the screen), easy setup, great support and so much better than another leading brand that I was currently using for work. I am actually in the process of replacing all of our old scanners with our centers with the Raven Original! The staff at Raven are quick, efficient and soooo helpful! I wish I could give them 10 stars instead of 5!

I feel I have done a lot of research for a practical scanner for home use. I elected this scanner because it had great reviews. I read hundreds of reviews for different scanners. No one tells it better than the consumer. It arrived on time and the customer service has been great so far. I will know more after I get very busy scanning. Thanks for a great product. Not the cheapest, but I am looking for quality and service.

The Raven scanner does exactly what you need it to do. They are a company that thinks ahead for the customer on what you actually need. It was very easy to set up! I have this for my business documents to reduce file cabinets storage and easy to find a document by search vs something that got filed wrong. I am also getting one for my home. Don't think twice, get it and have peace of mind you made a great decision

Amazing! Does exactly what you want it to do. This is a company that thinks about what the customer needs and delivers. A great buy! Do not think twice, save yourself the time and research, just get it. I have it for my business and will get one for my home. It is stylish, it is efficient, it searches, and has unlimited cloud storage included! Highly Recommend one for everyone.

Ive owned lots of scanners, mostly Fujitsu, including the iX500 Scansnap. The Raven is better in every way. The preview window is great. Paper handling is great. The ability to send documents directly by email or to Evernote or Dropbox is amazing. And it just keeps getting better with over the air updates. Best scanner I've ever used!

I purchased this to replace my broken Epson DS-510 which worked great for me for 6 years. The Raven Scanner Pro is dramatically better to include the handiness of the Raven Cloud, the incredible touch screen, ease of use, quality of scanning, ease of sending it to multiple outlets simultaneously, etc. My only fear is that, like all devices with rollers, the rollers will wear out (like they did in my Epson DS-510). The price paid was dramatically more than my DS-510 and that doesn't mean that the rollers will last twice as long by any stretch of the imagination. Longevity will be the true test for the Raven Scanner Pro.

So far, so good. Faster shipping than Amazon could have offered. Ease of setup was incredible. No USB connection required. Interface and touchscreen are top of the line for a scanner. Features are way beyond my expectations. This is a joy to use.

I was working on a project that required me to scan many documents of differing sizes, and the scanner attached to my home printer was extremely slow. I am so glad I found Raven which made it an incredibly easy and efficient process. It was easy to set up and the unlimited cloud storage was a huge help. Highly recommend!

I’ve only had the device for less than 24 hours and barely used it so I cannot rave about it, at least not yet. What I can say is that Cody, your agent, was excellent when I called for assistance and patient beyond belief. My daughter recommended the device because she loves hers.

I spent hours looking for a solid document scanner and after realizing that most models couldn’t work without a PC, I was thrilled to find the Raven Original at a very reasonable price for the feature set it included. Everything set up flawlessly and I completely digitized years of paperwork in a few hours. Thank you, Raven!

This is a super easy scanner and I love the fact that you don't need to have your computer, tablet or phone to use it. Just place the documents in the feeder and hit scan.... It's really that simple! I had to contact customer support and I think they are just as fast as the scanner and super friendly.

I purchased the Raven Pro Scanner several weeks ago but waited until now to do a thorough review. I can honestly say I “LOVE, LOVE, LOVE!” my new Raven scanner. This company has made an incredibly awesome scanner that is so user-friendly and easy to use it almost fun. This scanner is sharp looking and has a large touch screen display that is easy to read and works as you would expect it to. Everything is well thought out, organized, displayed nicely and it makes using the Raven scanner a breeze. Once plugged in, I was able to connect to my scanner wirelessly instantly and it worked perfectly from the get-go. You can quickly and easily scan to multiple locations and even send scans to two locations at the same time. You can scan to the free Raven cloud or other cloud services like Microsoft One Drive, Dropbox, etc. You can scan to a USB flash drive, email addresses, or directly to your computer (iMac). I was pleasantly surprised to find out that you can scan to a fax line without connecting a phone line as well. Awesome! I did try to scan to a USB flash drive without success. Without reading the directions I just inserted my flash drive in the USB connector, but apparently you have to partition the drive to allow scanning to it. I don’t really have much of a need for this option because of all the other alternative ways to send scans so I elected not to spend more time on it. It does take a little longer amount of time to send scans if you’re trying to send it directly to your personal computer on the same network but not so long that it is terribly annoying. Connecting to the network was easy and you can place scans in a designated computer folder. The scanner is fast when using the highest quality 600 dpi setting but blazing fast at the lowest quality 200 dpi. The quality at 200 dpi is very good and will work for most applications. Other features include scanning in color, scanning both sides of a page and you can combine or separate scanned pages after scanning a document. As far as the customer service, it is the BEST I have ever encountered. I had a question when first receiving my scanner and they have an online chat box for questions. I sent a question to Cody online on a Saturday and expected an answer sometime the following week. To my surprise I received a response in less than five minutes. They are so helpful at this company I was blown away. As a business owner I can’t tell you how refreshing it is to receive such good customer service. I have received several emails from this company notifying me of software updates, and other information. I even received an email and phone call from the VP of Customer Success, Frank Trevino wanting to know if I’ve had any problems and what I thought about the scanner. Impressive!! That’s a company that wants to have his company be the BEST. Needless to say, I give this product 5 stars plus. I rarely if ever given reviews but felt compelled to do so due to my overall amazing experience. I cannot say enough about my experience, how happy I am with this scanner and the company that makes it. You will not be sorry you purchased this scanner.
