This was a major life upgrade from using my old scanner. The duplex works smoothly, and the pages come out looking crisp and clean. Worth the money, which was my biggest concern before I bought it.

After reading many reviews for a number of scanners, I decided to go with the Raven scanner. Even though this is my first stand alone scanner purchase, I can't imagine anything else being so simple and efficient. The setup was effortless and I was scanning in literally minutes. The large screen is amazing and all of the possible functions that are available from the screen are so well thought out. I don't anticipate having to deal with the customer service, but if I do, I have no doubt it will be a positive experience.

I have used many different scanners over the years, but the Raven Pro is by far the best and most accurate scanner that I have had the pleasure to use. The Raven Pro scans all documents perfectly no matter the orientation. Raven Cloud is very fast when documents are uploaded from the Raven Pro. The Raven Pro has many destinations to scan to, ie: e-mail, fax directly from scanner, and many cloud sites. Also, the Raven Pro can scan directly to your computer via USB Cable. The Raven Pro is "Second to None". I definitely recommend the Raven Pro to anyone that wants the best scanner for business an/or personal use. Ranger Frank.

This stand makes it extremely easy to see the amazing Touch Screen while scanning documents with the Raven Pro scanner, and easy installation. The stand is compact and light, making it easy to transport with the Raven Pro if needed as well.

The Raven customer service is amazing. I asked quite a few questions from capabilities, compatibility, cost, dependability, to name a few before purchasing the Raven. I read many reviews prior to purchase about the Ravens outstanding customer service, and they have not disappointed. Once I received my scanner, I still had a few questions, again customer service was right on top of it. So far the scanner is amazing in every way, I read many outstanding reviews prior to purchase as well about the Ravens performance and I have not been disappointed to say the least. Outstanding product, and customer service.

This screen protector is amazing, it is cut perfectly to fit the Raven touch screen. It takes all the guess work out of attempting to line the protector up and possibly being off a bit causing angst. It appears very durable so I feel much more comfortable that my touchscreen is protected from an accidental drop or hit on the screen.

We haven't had this scanner long, but so far, we're impressed. The cloud is very simple to use. The scanner is very high quality. The screen is very clear and well set up.

For business, it's very good. We scan many 100+ page documents in both letter and legal. Good recognition of orientation and blank pages. Cloud integration is solid as well with most cloud providers supported. There are a few things to improve on here and there but their customer service is great and so far we are happy with the professional Raven scanner.
