Excellent! Very fast, OCR feature is awesome and a huge time saver, and doesn't take up much space. I highly recommend anyone with a lot of paper to scan to buy this masterpiece.

This was a great addition to our already amazing Raven scanner. Installation was easy, though I would recommend a larger applicator to get everything smooth than the one provided. Other than that minor issue during installation it is a must have in an office setting. Easy to keep clean during the COVID times, and great protection for the screen.

The Raven company has been absolutely top notch. They answer their calls immediately, if you have a question or need support. The Raven Pro Document Scanner is top notch in quality and craftsmanship. I have not been so as excited about a new device in my home office as I have been with this new scanner! This is the future of a digital office! (get rid of the paper)

Price seems a little steep until you take into account that there are 60 wipes in the box and they are specially formulated to clean the scanner internals. I have had the Raven scanner for a little over a year and it has scanned a LOT of paper over the past year as I have been digitizing my old records, school notebooks, etc. I started noticing some streaking and these were recommended by tech support. Touching the internal scanning equipment made me nervous so I was glad to have a tool that was approved by the creators of the Raven scanner.

This product is exactly what I have been looking for - I wanted a scanner that is fast, efficient, can save to pretty much destination you choose, directly, not through a computer. It is compact but does everything my giant scanner does and does a better job. They really thought through this. I have mine and I purchased one for my assistant who works remotely - she loves it! By the way great culture at this company!

Great scanner, especially for independent use and direct scan to the cloud, without the need of connecting a computer. More private cloud flexibility (NAS) would be great. Hopefully this will be added in the future.

I switched from ScanSnap specifically because Raven's tech allows me to upload directly to DB, Google Drive etc. Really happy with customer service and the whole experience so far.
