The Raven standard is an excellent machine. Small footprint on your desk, seamless interaction with the Raven Desktop App, fast and reliable. I've purchased 3 different Raven scanners in the past year and have been happy with them and with the customer service.

OK - I am going to get all my files organized. I REALLY MEAN IT this time!! And the Raven took away some of my favorite excuses. Easy to set up, needs very little space on the desk, handles ancient and odd-sized paper, and it is fast! Since it is easy and compact, I'll just slide it over and do a few pages as I find them, rather than planning on (and dreading) a massive scan-fest.

This was a great find because I'd never heard of Raven before. The old doc scanner in our office died, and finding a replacement was very expensive, especially during height of the pandemic. Newer versions of the brand we used before were riddled with bad software reviews. I'm hyper about software, because even if you have the best hardware you still need good software to make it work correctly. The old brand (will remain nameless) is probably the biggest name in desktop document scanners. They also have thousands of other products and likely not laser focused on document scanners. Since desktop scanners are Raven's main gig, I figured Raven would have reliable software support. I'm happy to report that I was 100% correct. Very easy to setup and use. Zero problems so far. Tiny footprint when not in use. I didn't even have to train anyone on how to use it. I'm a big fan.

When I first saw the Raven products I was skeptical. It seemed like the price was too good to be true. But I further researched the products and found nothing but rave reviews. I decided on the standard scanner and couldn't be happier with the product. It was extremely easy to set up and the software is also easy to use. I am considering budgeting next year for an upgraded Raven scanner for my job. There are years and years of files that could be scanned in order to free up some much needed office space. I have also been able to get all my questions answered on the Raven website. I have not had to contact customer support, but I from the many reviews it is outstanding. Keep up with the great support and products.

I was so excited to start using my Raven Scanner after reading all the positive reviews. Unfortunately, as a Mac user I quickly discovered the drivers at that time were not compatible with the newest MacOS version. I contacted support and within a few days they provided me with updated drivers that resolved my issue. The product is phenomenal and support is exceptional! Well done Raven!

The best part about Raven is the customer service. There have been two times that I needed help with the set up and figuring out the settings and I was able to talk to a real person right away via messenger. She was able to help me within 5 minutes. The Raven machine itself works great. Scanning was extremely fast however I had to learn how to place the paper in the machine without causing it to jam. It was a bit of a learning curve but now that I figured it out, I don't have any issues with scanning. I recommend the Raven to any small company that's looking to go paperless. Bigger companies should probably go with a newer model but the standard scanner was perfect for us.

The customer service from Raven was probably the best I've dealt with online. There have been two times that I needed help with set up and figuring out the settings and I was able to talk to a real person instantly and she gave me answers to all my questions within minutes. I know that if I have any questions in the future, I'll be able to talk to a real person who knows all the answers. Recommend buying the Raven Scanner to any small business that's looking to go paperless!

I am very unhappy with this scanner. I spent two hours on the phone trying to resolve the problem. It does not work with software in my Mac Pro. A customer service person sent me new software and it worked once. Now the machine is just sitting there. I cannot use it. I am so disappointed after trying to spend many hours trying to work it out. Do not have box to return it. Of no use to me.
