My husband questioned why we needed a scanner when we had one in our printer. After explaining how quick this machine works and that it connects to Google Drive he was understanding but still did not completely understand. Now that it is setup he thinks it is the greatest thing for our 2 businesses. He loves that it scans quick into a file on Google drive and he is able to attach it to an email in seconds. He says he will never go back to the scanner on the printer and that takes way too long. This is great for small businesses that have a lot of paper and need to get in online quick or even to stay organized without saving all the paper. Would recommend this to everyone.... totally worth the money.

Great scanner - Straightens, eliminates blank pages, fast, dependable, versatile and faxes & emails too. We have one on every desk and work, now my home office has one too.

When our Epson scanner failed I went looking for a scanner that supported both wireless and wired (ethernet) networking. The Raven Pro came up during my search and seemed like a good match for our law office. We have now had the scanner for about a month and it has performed very well (and very fast). There are two small nits that could be improved, but overall this is as good a SOHO scanner as I have seen. The biggest issue we have had with the scanner is the paper catch after documents are read. It doesn't catch them. If you put a bunch of documents in the scanner you will have to wait for them to be done or be faced with them being all over the floor. Fortunately, the scanner is so fast you won't have to wait long. I do wish the paper catcher was bigger or longer though. The other problem was a minor networking issue which we solved with the help of their excellent support. There are many pluses to the device. Not having to load drivers onto various machines is really nice (you can if you want however). The ability to quickly direct documents to a variety of cloud services is also very nice. Raven offers their own cloud service free of charge as well. Overall, I would rate this a very good scanner with great speed and nice functionality. and, best of all, it doesn't require a degree in networking or computer science to get up and running.

Is it really true, that you sell this scanner for that price without the opportunity to scan 50 double-sided form-papers in one workflow? Currently you could only decide if all in one ore separated after EVERY page...really? This should be a software issue, which should be done within really short time!
