A must have scanner for accounting and tax offices. Fast!, user friendly, meaningful and helpful user options for specific scanning needs. Allows you to eliminate unwanted pages, you can rearrange the pages on screen, duplicate side pages are easily managed, as are odd sized pages and forms. Friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful customer service. I recommend this machine.

I have owned this product for about a week now and have been quite surprised with the product performance. It scans a double sided page in less than 2 seconds. Quality is amazing and it is a stand-alone instrument that can scan directly into Box (which is what I use for work) or Google Drive (personal) with countless other options for document delivery so it makes it very convenient for me to scan and email documents. I am quite pleased with the performance and although it comes at a steep price (I purchased the pro), it is every bit as worth it!

Sometimes you can stumble upon really good products—this is one of them. It's a scanner that gets software improvements over time; it uploads documents automatically; and run by a small business in Texas. Pros: - Saves time by helping you to rename, reorder, and edit *before* you save it. Say goodbye to file names like "GenericScan_39132" and say hello to "Electric Bill March 2020" - Skip the headache of installing drivers & software on your computer. No one is interested in installing drivers and downloading software. No one. - Save even more time uploading files to the cloud automatically. Dropbox, Google Drive, and OneDrive are all supported. Rest easy knowing it's uploaded right when you scanned it. - Doesn't need to live on your desk if you're not scanning documents every day (I have a small office supply closet that's perfect). If you're scanning to de-clutter your space, isn't getting things out of the way, the whole point? - Touchscreen keyboard is surprisingly responsive and quick - Raven team pushes regular software updates a few times a year: so it's a scanner that get's better over time? Now it's really worth the investment of your time and money. Cons: - Powered by a custom Android OS that runs just slightly slower than you'd expect. When you tap "Scan" it takes just about 1 full second to start scanning. Not really a big deal, but would love to see an improvement. - After scanning, you have to tap "OK" to get back to the home screen to start another scan. Would love to automatically just be taken home again and save a tap. Again, not a big deal, but would love the option in the next software update! - Price: it's expensive upfront, but remember you're getting not just a scanner, but a scanner that can update over time and improve itself. I don't think you're reading this review because you know you're going to buy another scanner in 12 months from now. It's pretty clear that Raven is going to continue to think about the user experience in the long-term.

Excellent product overall. Unlike other scanners, this is completely stand-alone and wireless. It has a small footprint and is is a great help for anyone wishing to transiton to paperless or reduce storage costs. Customer service is super responsive and even open to comstructive criticism.

This product has changed the way our office handles all documents. The success of our new digital filing system would not have been possible without our Raven Scanner Pro. We had records in all shapes and sizes dating back over 100 years and the scanner successfully scanned them with ease. We have truly gone paperless thank you to Raven.

I love that this is fully cloud enabled, and we didn't need to connect it directly to a computer. This was a critical requirement for our office, which is standardized on ChromeOS.

With lots of historic paper and records better off as PDF'd - Faxable, searchable, secure and out of the cabinets - the Raven Pro has been an easy to use time saver. The terrific & responsive folks behind this wonder have been a pleasure to work with whenever questions in getting set up came up...

Great features and the ability to have TWAIN driver on the RAVEN pro is a plus. Love the fact it is standalone and does not need to be tied down to a computer. And it is fast.

I am enjoying this scanner. I have had the Raven Pro for a week and it has made scanning really easy. I find the scanning speed acceptable for my purposes. And the integration with Dropbox is seamless.

I dread setting up any new computer, printer, etc. raven was so easy! The screen walked me through each step. So far, it seems the designers thought of everything to make it user friendly. More expensive than some on the market. If you are looking for ease of operation and quality, buy the Raven Pro.

Not debatable. The speed And performance is spectacular, super Easy to use as it’s main selling point, cloud centric scanning and secure storage options. Can’t say enough abt Raven’s business model. Worth every penny spent on Raven Pro. This is From a person who scans a lot at the office and home office. Raven Team just gets. The details and thoroughness from start to finish. Our HP All-in-one was adequate for our scanning needs, but we simply needed something faster (and smaller). That the Raven scanner can scan directly to cloud folders sync'd to our computers is just an added bonus that really comes in handy. Probably the best feature is the ability to do double-sided scanning which not only cuts our scanning time in half, but with the single-document option we don't have to perform surgery on multiple PDFs to combine pages. The screen interface is simple and intuitive to the point where my decidedly non-technical spouse was able to figure everything out on her own. I was initially put off by the price tag, but the amount of time we've already saved (on day two alone) made it more than justifiable. We are VERY happy.

Product comparison chart made it easy to pick the product that was right for us. If there is any criticism (albeit very weak) it was finding the purchase button. I believe we had to actually navigate to the specific product page to purchase rather than being able to purchase it from the comparison page.
