The last one you ordered you said didn't work. You contacted us a few months after the 30 day return policy. We felt we were very accommodating to you by offering to exchange it or refund you despite being past the 30 day return date by more than two months. We did this to you as a gesture of goodwill and our commitment to customer satisfaction. You opted for a refund and were appreciative of our flexibility.
