I wish the videos can be more clear, and also the website interface can be more reading friendly and easily comprehended. It's too wordy for me to understand the concepts.

Quick and easy. Intrigued by product.

Very expensive equipment. Most TIs have been hit hard financially, so it is a real investment, especially after currency conversion is taken into account (eg for Australians). It would have been great to get a 50% discount on all of the packaged bundles (As I TI, I bought the personal and table top defender package on 09.01.2017 at normal cost within the 50% sale), not just those over $1K. But now the deal is done and paid for (no savings for me, just an increase price due to currency conversion from USD to AUD)! Will let you know how happy I am with the product after I actually use it.

I needed a different combo than what is offer at the website, Amy, from customer service responded quickly and help me get what I want. I look forward to receiving the products quickly to try it out to experience all it's benefits.

Received product two days ago. Charged devise. EMF high-pitched sound awakened me at 2:30 a.m. and intensified.Your product user guide indicates that it could take a few hours to a couple of weeks to generate full effects. I hope so because it is expensive for a small plastic device. The tape seal that I paid an extra $10 for was not tightly adhered...came off easily. I hope that this product will do the job it claims, otherwise I will have no choice but to return it for a full refund.

The Defender does give me an overall feeling of well being. I am calmer and sleeping a little bit better, however, it is not protecting me the way I had hoped. I am a TI. I am being electronically harassed and tortured 24/7. I had hoped your product would provide a protective field that would eliminate the pain, shocks, burns, cuts, rape, attacks to my joints, stomach, crotch area, feet, head, eyes, etc. I am scanned by people in my apartment bldg, and then the people who live next door in another building use Virtual Reality software to harass, torture and rape me. I am not the only victim, but my apartment is uniquely located so I can view many of the apartments of those who are doing this. They have radiation lamps, taser guns, laser guns, virtual reality software and some other type of heat lamp that burns just certain areas. They also inject implants into my body. Sorry to say your product does not protect me from all this.
Perhaps in the future you will develop another product that will address the problems I am having.
