I had a problem in using my former template cards to create new cards. I kept getting an error message. Then, finally I realized, even though there was an error message with a long delay in uploading...the new card was in my account which I would not have know except that I went back to choose another card thinking it would be a better template but the same thing happened again. It took me much longer to process this order simply because I did not know even though there was an error message, the new cards were being make. A note to myself in the future. Thank you. Otherwise I love how simple this process is to make cards and you always deliver them in a timely fashion! Thank you for that!!!! :)

Received the card - I designed my own ID for use as a notary signing agent. I got the extra thickness, and both the magnet (which work like a charm), and the plastic holder to put on a lanyard (haven't used it this way yet, but have the option).
