Works great for congestion! Use about 1/8 tsp a few times a day whenever congested. Use about 1/16 tsp for kids! Mixes well in yogurt or apple sauce.

I frequently combine the use of the NAC with Niacin which seems to increase the uptake of nutrients in my smoothies I make. I also combine it with a Chaga tea I make along with lemon and honey. It seems to be helping my hair grow better and my skin keep clear.

A bit smelly but once mixed in a glass of water the smell disappears. Taste is acidic, like lemon juice but without the taste of lemon. Feel better since taking this product (better form in general).
