I've been off CoQ10 for years because the price in pill form is just too much. Now that I'm back on it, my migraines have all but stopped and the few I get are mild. I'm amazed at how small an amount of powder is needed each day, but the pills have unnecessary ingredients that take up space, so it makes sense.

I have a genetic condition that causes absorption and retention issues with many vitamins and minerals, so I have to take large doses of things like vitamin C and D, magnesium, etc. I also need large doses of quercetin to control mast cell overreaction. Magnesium and CoQ10 are the best migraine slayers I've found. #edswarrior #mcas
