I've only been using it for a couple of months as my post-WOD recovery drink and I'm still tweaking the timing of ingestion along with the ratio of carbs that work best for me. The powder is "fluffy" and tends to clump together, unlike the PeptoPro offered by Protein Factory which pretty much dissolves instantaneously in water or liquid of choice. Seems to take longer to receive through USPS than other products from P.F.

Love the products and Alex's passion to continually search for new and innovative proteins that maximize your training efforts for more gains and accelerate your recovery between workouts. Would like to have faster shipping options available as it can take upwards of 2 weeks to receive orders.

Mixes great.. No digestion issues. I drink it straight intra workout and add to my other protein powders or hydration drinks.

I love this product and I have found mixing it with my smoothies works best. It just does not dissolve that well in hot or cold water. So smoothies have worked out well as a good way to deliver and yet get the full benefit. Thanks for a product that helps benefit my health.
