Good carb supp for post-workout. Make sure your shaker cup has a ball to mix it well. I pre-mix mine dry with Hydro 520 and Leucine Peptides.

I have to agree with Alex in terms of muscle retention and product could be used to bulk or recomp/cut based on training and diet. Do not waste money taking protein powder without this.
