The product is good but the delivery was 10 days from ordering to delivery from NJ to PA. I ordered a supplement from CA the same day and it arrived in 3 days.

The overall value of Proteinfactory & Alex is huge. You get far superior quality supplements with them with no empty baseless hype - no false promises about untested / unstudied supplements which will supposedly be almost as good as steroids. Its refreshing to deal with a company that conveys optimism, but retains a well deserved cynicism regarding the supplement industry. As far as the majority of the other supplement companies/distributors (marketing companies)- do away with them all. Just like politicians, they all need to be fired.

Just received this product last week. I've been taking the capsules for just under a week so it is too soon to speak on their effectiveness, although I have felt slightly more fatigued (which could be totally unrelated to the pills) on lift days and rest days. Again, it's only been a week. I will write another review once it's been a couple months.

You can take more than the recommended dosage. According to the Vemoherb website a 245lb person can take up to 6 capsules a day. I am 205 lbs and take 5 capsule a day. You will grow if you take this product as long as you eat more. You will be hungry most of the time, so that shouldn't be a problem. My doctor asked about my increased muscle mass during a follow up visit about my asthma. You may have to buy new clothes because your old ones are too tight. You will need to make sure your are hydrated. I had to increase my water intake by 25%. I cramped 3 times during the first 5 weeks I took this product. This is the best product I have ever taken, even better than Unleashed which is a very good product.
