Great product, very fair pricing, the art department's customer service was very professional and QUCIK. I've worked with online promotional products companies before and have not had nearly the positive experience I did with these folks. Seriously, I wanted to make a couple of modifications and they said "no problem" and they got them done quickly, professionally, and they didn't try to nickel and dime me. I did my research upfront, if you're reading this review, you can stop researching and move forward with these folks. 10/10 will be working with them again.

We order beer bottle opener keychains each year for swag bags during Bikefest. This year I was so busy I almost forgot. However, I was able to pull up my old order, ask for the year to be changed, and place the new order in under a day. They came a few days before I needed them and were a great hit with our guests. We ordered coins through Promotional Products Online for a ribbon cutting ceremony. We shopped around and felt their coins were very competitively priced. Working with the art department on the proof was a great experience. They were very responsive and delivered exactly what our leadership team had asked for. They were such a hit that we had to come back and order more coins after the event to distribute to people who wanted them. Other departments have asked for the contact information for Promotional Products Online so that they can order coins for their events in the future.

This is the third year we have ordered commemorative coins for our international organization. Our donors appreciate the high quality of these remembrances that they receive.
