This is supposed to be a fire rated tent however there is no certificate stitched into the tent. I was given a certificate to show the fire marshall which does not have Vispronet's name or my company name to prove it is for my tent. Hoping this does not cause an issue at future events.

Very happy with our purchase. Website easy to use with excellent choice of graphics. Appreciated ability to design our own all over canopy and the customer service assist and graphics check done by the graphics department was very thorough and personnel courteous. Logo and added race flag graphics clear and perfect. Recommend using Vispronet!

Amazing color and print quality. Turned out better than I had anticipated, definitely meets/exceeds my expectations of what I was hoping for! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a custom tent. Only negative aspect was that the less expensive carrying case for the tent and frame did not last very long before breaking entirely.

We ordered a 10 x 10 all over print canopy for our business. We were anxious because we needed the canopy by 1/25 and it was due to arrive on 1/24 (talk about cutting it close). We were also nervous about how it would fit due to the fact that we ordered just the canopy, not the frame structure. The canopy did arrive as scheduled on 1/24 and fit our existing frame structure perfectly! And, our logo looked as good on the canopy as it did on the artwork approval page. We could not be any happier with our experience with Vispronet!! Thank you

Only downfall is I ordered the one that is heavier than I thought. Looks amazing when it is assembled. A part of the plastic attachment cracked off during shippping. They were very reasonable and asked me to send photos. They will send a replacement part.
