Was charged $10 for shipping. Needed to return item that didn't match the description and will have to pay additional return shipping. The item was $20, for my efforts to return I would really only get $10 back. I'd rather spend slightly more on Amazon and not worry about return shipping if the item isn't right

The last few times we've ordered, the order has come in wrong. Three boxes of drawer guides were wrong and we had to return. That was cumbersome. Also, lately we've been getting "shorted" on the feet for the drawer guides. I always count them when they come in now to make sure we get them all. We've never gotten more, only less. The customer representative that answers the phone always makes it right and is always pleasant, but again, it's cumbersome.
