Although it looks ok as final product, It was very difficult to assemble for such a simple project. The access for the nuts is way too awkward. Very poor quality welds, and very light duty paint.

These where supposedly in stock when I purchased them. Was immediately told they where on backorder an I had to wait 4 plus months for them to be shipped by the manufacturer. No refund offer, no explanation of why they would sell an item they can't actually get for months. So now Im waiting 3 more months for something i may never get. Would not recommend vivid...

Everything was good besides a little concave in the weld and there was no ETS stencil. Should not advertise an intercooler that does not come with a stencil with a picture that has a stencil. Quick delivery

The part you actually receive when you buy this is not correct the plug that comes on the motor is not the same as the picture. Customer service is a joke. Don’t worry though they will refund you half what you paid and charge you a restocking fee. Because they will argue you got exactly what you ordered. This company is a joke do not buy anything from them

Terrible customer service experience. I ended up ordering these lights from another vendor and they're awesome, no issues there. But, Vivid Racing has been a nightmare to deal with. I placed the order, then was later notified the item would ship directly from the MFG. Meh, okay, maybe they need to indicate that on the product listing. I waited a week and received no updates, the item still hadn't shipped according to order status. So, I cancelled the order and ordered them from another vendor that actually had them in stock, in their own inventory. Flash forward to now, it's been 2 weeks since the cancellation and they still have not refunded my money. I have reached out multiple times only to be told "we're waiting on the MFG to verify the order is cancelled"... I come from a parts/service industry, I have NEVER experienced more the 2 week waits to verify a cancelled order. It sounds like lack of communication between vendor and MFG. I never received the item, and to my knowledge they never shipped anything. So, how hard can it be to verify that? They can't respond to my emails but can send me requests to review the product I didn't receive. I ended up having to file a dispute through my bank to get the money back. I 100% recommend these lights, but I DO NOT recommend purchasing them here. Cut out the middle man and buy direct!

Order#: 1062812 I placed this order on 3/22/24, I cancelled it on 3/28/24, I have yet to receive my money back. I have reached out for updates via email with no answers and after a couple phone calls, was told you're waiting on the manufacturer to verify the order has been cancelled. I work in the service/automotive/parts industry and have never experienced such extensive delays to merely cancel an order. At this point 'We're waiting on the MFG' is no longer an acceptable reply. I need to know when I will get my money returned or provide me the information that I may call the manufacturer myself. I'm aware how all this works. Repetitive phone calls and escalation are what it takes to get answers and I'm willing to do just that. Also, the product listing needs to indicate that it ships directly from the manufacturer. I checked and nowhere on my order confirmation or on the site does it list that. Only after the order is placed and paid for do you get an email stating it will ship directly from the manufacturer. I would have purchased directly from them had I known that. That's actually what I ended out doing and I received the parts in two days. They're already installed on the Jeep all while I am still waiting for my money back on this order. As of 4/11/24 I filed a dispute through my bank to get my money back. It's so disappointing it's come to this but the lack of communication leaves no choice.
