So far i like this cocoa butter. It melts fine and smells like cocoa. I use it in combination with shea butter in the lotions and butter I make.

As said their products are excellent and the fact that they only do Fairtrade is a major plus. It is very important to give back to the families that harvest their products. it shows they care and have integrity.

Their shea butter is excellent. It performs well in the blends I make with it and feels excellent on ones skin. I am a stickler for purchasing with a company that does Fair Trade and sustainability. I demand it in the products I purchase for my clients in the products I make for them and the products I sell. This company gives back to the the people who harvest the butter which shows they are doing the right thing.

I also admire the website functionality and the follow-up emails. What I also appreciate is the ability to ‘tip’ and I am sure with the integrity of this feature the funds go directly to women. And the "value" isn't just the great product it's the value you add by supporting this company and the women that make it happen. I had a small amount of shea butter from Amazon just to compare and the Baraka shea butter was way softer and fresher! I visited Ghana and 2016 and this was exactly what I remembered pure shea butter is. I will exclusively buy from Baraka going forward.

I used Kombo Butter with essential oils to reduce pain in muscles and joints and it works wonderfully. I can only recommend it as a natural remedy for aches and pain.

I ordered more than I need but I will share it with friends. I used it today and so far I'm loving it. I can smell the ashy smell from the cooking (but I don't mind). I used the soap last night and I like the way it lathers up! I think I'm going to enjoy these products.
