The equipment is very practical to work with, I bought it two years ago, but I am going to give you my imprecision, in a year and a half giving it the care it needs, it broke 3 times, first the adjustment valve, then a year after it was bought My pump broke and they didn't want to cover the warranty, I bought the pump very expensive and a month later the battery broke, I think that with how expensive this equipment is, it is not for it to break so much, and it should have better attention to the client this company, since we are certified contractors and we deserve better service and quality.

This meter is amazing for what it can do and I would have given it 5-stars. The reason for the 4-stars Is leads that come with it are the equivalent to something I’d expect from harbor freight. Fortunately I own a set of FieldPiece ADK7 Leads which make it a 5-star meter. Supco as a customer I’d rather pay 20-30 bucks more and have quality leads. Please improve.

Thanks for your feedback. Our standard leads are several grades above an entry level lead. They are CAT II 1000 volt rated at 10 amps with alligator clips and tip covers. The leads are universal, so you can use aftermarket leads in your Redfish iDVM550. We will take a look at the leads again and see how we can improve them.

After viewing a video I had to give this stuff a shot. Happy I did, spreads 5 times better then normal dope. MUCH easier to clean off yourself and your work. I’ve used multiple types of thread sealants in my career and this product is hands down the best.

We have purchased three of these units and exchanged one, wildly different readings from device to device. I have contacted CPS support on three occasions, had my distributor reach out to their CPS rep and have not received any responses. We made sure to calibrate each unit per instructions and have even recalibrated but still have issues. In my office I have had one unit read PM in the 40s with a device right next to it reading low single digits. One of them had high TVOC, other low. Two high CO2, one low. The app is not so great either, if you accidentally disconnect while its stabilizing tVOC, good luck getting it to reconnect without restarting the device and the stabilization.

Product simply does not work, better off buying a jar of snake oil. If you really want to know what is your air you need to do a real air analysis by a environmental engineer to tell you what chemicals and particulates and VOC's, this product simply does not work.

I bought one and laser stop working barely after few months. Rod sensor still works but it defeats the purpose.

Bought the machine out of the bag would not run. Took forever to prime it after priming it found that there was a leak on the pump side. Had to fix the leak on the pump side to only find out that it is a single speed machine with a two speed switch. In the booklet it also talks about possibly having two batteries but it only has one. After finally getting everything in order found that the gun passes and continuously allows water to flow through it. Causing a pump to stay on continuously and causing a mess. Not really happy with this purchase at this time.

Used for 4 years took sone abuse but if you clean the sensor when need it keeps on working, held up better than coworkers guages

I really enjoy the the compact size and have checked the accuracy against two other manometers. I mostly use these for setting gas pressures on gas fire equipment and am very happy with them.

I currently work in a industrial facility with a lot of built-up systems having the smart probes and connecting them with measure quick has been a great asset. I have not needed the temperature probes very often, although it would have been worth purchasing them too.

This pump with the true blu hoses is unbeatable ..!! you will get deeper faster evacs guaranteed,honestly best investment I’ve ever made as a installation tech , so good two people I used to work with that started their own company bought this pump immediately after borrowing mine

Pump is failing less than a year with light use condition. It leaks oil back to the vacuum hose. Unit was sent in for repair under warranty but CPS wants to charge me another $140 for the repair claiming it's accidental damage. The pump was not subject to any abuse at all, just normal slight use. Do not buy products from CPS. If I have know this, I would not spend my hard earn money on defective products. I wish there is a 0 star option for the review. Again, do not buy CPS products.

Bought this meter back in July and after a month I started having issues it was reading voltage as soon as I would turn it on with no leads connected and now on 50 degree days it won't read any voltage i change the batteries and leads and still nothing
