Rick Stein used this in one of his Mallorcan recipies It is fantastic.My son took half of mine and loved it toasted on crusty bread.Have had to buy double again . Be careful "someone may steal it"

I couldn't find sobrasada anywhere in the UK, so when I saw it here I thought I'd give it a try. Both the regular and the spicy sobrasadas are delicious and my husband couldn't have been any happier with his birthday treat. The delivery was perfect - products were packed with an ice pack, and it was delivered in 24h. I will definitely try some more products and will 100% buy these again!

Rather lacking in taste. I wanted it to dissolve in a stew, but it didn't. I then used it on a toasted roll but again little taste. I would have been better using chorizo.

Great sobrasada, try it warm with melted cheese on top of toasted bread, or with honey and nuts also on toasted bread

As a Spaniard I find that every thing changes with distance, but there are better callos producers, and a good tocino is better than the pancetta that I had from you. I will always consume your goods of reasonable quality and value
