Very disappointed and frustrated. I feel like I am being pushed through a mill. This is the second customer satisfaction survey I've filled out and nobody has contacted me. I chose The Hoth because of its reputation for great service and results. ugh... I am pretty easygoing and rarely complain.

I am very disappointed and frustrated. I feel like I am being pushed through a mill. My project manager is trying his best but everything is so automated there is very little room for customization. I picked The Hoth because of all of the great reviews but I feel let down. I am pretty easygoing and not one to complain but this is a big investment for me.

I requested a legal blog through the Blogger Pro tool. The first one didn't seem like "pro" writing at all. The second one was a lot better, but took a full week to re-do. They're a lot slower than they used to be.

The HOTH Boost order clearly didn’t pass through any QA process before being released. The issues range from 404 error(s), to anchor text missing or not connected to target tier 2 property URL to Norton blocking a page because its flagged as being dangerous! The turn around was very fast but we have better things to do than check every link which the HOTH creates - which appears to be necessary. The support team has been advised of the problems.

Most of the links submitted are on subdomains of same domain and are from agricultural and coop domains which has no relevance from the industry chosen by us. The customer is very unhappy with the result. Nor its indexed by google.

This can be a great deal if you take advantage of one of their BOGOs. My account agent is very knowledgeable and the HOTH team works hard to address any issues, but it may take a day or more to get a response. Also, articles are hit or miss, depending on the writer.

This can be a good deal if you take advantage of one of their BOGOs. I'm just a month into my contract so I don't know how much it will affect my site. I'll give it 6 months because it takes a while to see the results of SEO efforts. My account manager knows his stuff though. He does his best to make sure I'm pleased with their services. But I'm not too sure I want to continue with the article writing services. They outsource it and I could tell that one of my writers wasn't a native English speaker.

The outcome of my order was very disappointing. A part for an anchor text that was totally out of context, the overall quality was extremely poor. I have provided links to two main topics on my website, I expected content for each of them. Instead I got three mini-sites written with very poor quality referring to only one of those topics. It goes without saying that the anchor were just a "minestrone" that didn't make any sense, as the two topics have no relation to each others. OK... probably no one will ever read these mini-properties, but where is the quality that I paid for? What's the advantage of a "Premium" package if I could have auto-generated myself these pages?

This item seems to be "HOTH Syndication: 1 Post" with a different title. When placing the order, you're asked for keywords. Do not assume those keywords have anything to do with the types of outlets they will syndicate the press release with as it does not. I'm actually not sure of being asked for the keywords since they're not heavily in the press release and your press release will end up on a site not related to the keywords. That was disappointing. I will still order the syndication products that HOTH is good at doing, just not expecting it to be helpful in public relations.

The Rank Tracker interface and dashboard is what I expected but I had a hard time figuring out how to edit an existing project. I also wish there was a quick tutorial or page that explained how to use the tool. I eventually figured it out but spent some time looking things up online.

It was pretty easy to find what I needed and pay for it but it wasn't clear if the price was per month or per year. I contacted customer service and they provided me with the answer I needed but it would be better to add that info to the page.

The links and content they provided could not have been more spammy and toxic to my website backlink profile. The content was duplicated not only across the 3 pieces of content they gave, it was duplicated across thousands of sites. Further the content said buy on ebay and then links to my website (which isn't ebay). There is zero domain authority and the sites were created just for the purpose of creating this spammy content with links. If you look up what Google tries to crack down on with black hat SEO, this matches what not to do to a "T". I have provided my feedback and will see what they offer but I am not hopeful considering how horrendous the output was. No reputable company would even consider what they offered. I feel they offer this in hopes of snagging poor unsuspecting small business owners who don't know any better.

The worst possible kind of links and content is what I was delivered. This will be sure to be penalized by Google in no time if not as soon as it is found. Any business associating with them will probably be penalized at some point in the near future. I was hopeful they ran a legitimate link building company but seems I was wrong.
