2nd set of these. Great tone. Strings areca little sticky at first but wears off quickly when played. Good lows just enough highs, no string noise, smooth feel

One of the best strings for a short scale bass.....very responsive...great tones especially in the deep bass and midrange which are often hard to get right with a short scale...tried others then tried these....the La Bella Flatwounds do it right !

My fender precision bass is a little on the heavy side and this strap definitely takes some of the strain off my shoulder. I would recommend this strap to every bass player that wants some relief from their heavy bass!

I was looking for nylon wound bass strings for my 6 string bass. Both Sam Ash and Guitar Center told me they were "unavailable ". Then I stumbled upon TalkBass.com and my sound was saved. It's my opinion that nylon wound bass strings naturally produce a warmer, fuller, richer tone than steel strings. For me, that's where the rubber meets the road.

Very smooth silky feeling. Very pliable strings. Tone is warm but has more bite than flat wounds. On my passive bass it fits nicely.
