website easy and informational. I like free shipping and the 10 year warranty. I love that you have what I want in stock! The only complaint is the bag that holds the shade cover has a cheap zipper and it broke the first time I used it

Both of my kids enjoy it, my son uses it for play while my daughter uses it for therapy

Thanks for the awesome product review! Many of our Springfree families purchase for therapy as well. It's a great way for kids to go outside and be active.

Quality trampoline that’s compact for small spaces. Well built and very safe for kids. It was very difficult to put together however. You need 2 people (strong) people to get it together.

The jumbo square is truly amazing with plenty of room to flip! Purchased at Kids Gotta Play in New Hudson, Michigan. Chris sold us the trampoline and came out to the house the same day to install, took him about 45 minutes to assemble. Looks fantastic in the back yard and the kids love it! So happy with this purchase. Worth every penny! Thank you Springless for all the safety features and peace of mind.

I can't say enough how pleased I am with my purchased . My children LOVE it. It is safe and FUN!!!!!!

We love this trampoline, it is safe, with large jumping area, the jumping mat reaches all the way to the safety net. The net has small holes, so fingers dont get caught in it. It is very quiet when jumping - no squeaky sound of springs.

Our trampoline was installed in less than an our this morning and the kids are thrilled! My 12 year old son loves the FlexrHoop and my 8 year old daughter hasn't stopped jumping. I can tell this will be a well loved addition to the back yard!

We just had our Springfree trampoline installed and can't believe how QUIET this thing is! After years of denying our children's pleas for a trampoline (because of all the injuries we have seen from traditional trampolines) when we learned about Springfree, we immediately caved in and purchased one. So far, the trampoline has been everything we expected with the added bonus of being extremely quiet - the only thing we hear is our children giggling while they're jumping on it! The large square is perfect for our 10 and 13 years old children, it was even large enough for them and each of their friends (4 kids total of this age group).

Got a Spring Free trampoline 3 years ago and the mat just got a hole in it. The warranty expires after 2 years. I called customer service to complain and they stepped up and sent me a new mat even though mine was out of warranty... Now that's what I call GREAT customer service. Not too happy that the mat wore out, but with customer service like that I can't complain.

We spent a lot of time watching all the Springfree YouTube videos and doing comparisons with other brands. There really isn't any other trampoline engineered to be as safe as a Springfree, all the others add padding to make the old design safer, but the Springfree is safer by design. We originally thought we were going to get the O92 large oval, but when we visited their store and got to jump on all the models we were hooked on the S113 large square. It felt much roomier and seemed to provide more "sweet spots" for bouncing.I was a bit nervous about the install, as I'd heard the horror stories of how hard the last few rods can be to install due to the increased tension. However using the technique they show in the videos of grasping the rod underhanded, and pressing your elbow into your hip and using your legs to press forward it really was simple. I had difficulty with a couple, but once I figured out the technique it was remarkably simple, even the last ones went in with no trouble or extra effort. I did the install by myself, with only "hand me this, hand me that" type help from my 10 year old, and I was done in just over 2 hours. My kids love it, and my wife and I enjoy it as well, definitely gets your heart pumping, great exercise for the kids, much better than having them play video games inside all summer long.

I was reluctant to spend $2500 on a trampoline when many trampolines on the market are less than a fifth of the price for a similar size trampoline. After doing some research I realize that the overwhelming amount of the accidents on trampolines are due to the child impacting the springs or the frame. I think that Springfree has done a great job eliminating that problem. The kids enjoy it more because they feel safer while they are jumping and if it saves me one trip to the doctor or emergency room then it has paid for itself. The extra cost is worth the added safety benefit to me. I recommend using the online videos when doing the installation. I didn't do that at first and had to do some backtracking. I would try to have two people that are fairly strong and are good at putting things together. But with that said, I did the installation with my sons and it worked out fine. I was mindful to point out the dangers of the recoil of the spring during installation of the mat. They both helped and understood, it turned out to be a good learning experience for them as they realized the importance of the order when attaching the springs. The kids love it and are happy about the fact that it's right outside their back door. This is the first time I have ever done a product review, I definitely recommend this product. Glenn

We bought this for our 2 young kids 2 and 5 and they love it! We feel very comfortable when they are jumping on this- feels very safe and the netting keeps them from becoming injured. It is a bit tricky putting together- definitely need 2 people and read instructions twice before putting together this trampoline.

A friend of my son's has a Springfree trampoline and for years my son has been telling us how much more fun and bouncy his trampoline was than ours. We finally trashed our old trampoline and purchased a Springfree one. My house is now THE house in the neighborhood. We have kids here non-stop and everyone loves the trampoline. It is very safe and extremely bouncy. My kids are on it constantly. I am shocked at how well the net is holding up and how many tricks the kids can do. It is sooooo worth the money!~

This is an outstanding product. We expressed safety concerns, so our 10-year-old daughter went on-line, did research, and came back with Springfree. She answered all our concerns, so how could we resist? She hasn't stopped bouncing since!

So grateful to eliminate the worry!! Our summer is filled with kids over for swimming and they spend TONS of time on the trampoline! Now we can rest easy that they'll be safe. Our 7 year old son LOVES this!

We love the trampoline. The only issue we've encountered is that the post that holds up the net with the white ball on top of it regularly slips out of the sleeve it is supposed to remain in. It is a bit odd and annoying - I must admit though that I never contacted Springfree to determine if there is a simple solution.

Bought this for my 8 yr. old grandson, and it is absolutely amazing and worth every dollar. He already had a regular trampoline which was falling apart, and this the one is so much better. My daughter has a small yard, but I said to her if you have to have a trampoline this is theone to have. Like it so much may buy one for my backyard for when all the grandchildren cometo visit. Also want to say that I hired the supplier in San Diego to put it together and theydid a very professional job, even removing all the trash. Kudos to them also.

I bought the 10' round one after doing some research. Putting this together was a challenge since I was doing this alone. After following the instructions and inserting the first set of rods onto the mat I had to look at my options or this will take me a couple of weeks and several bottles of Aleve to assemble this Trampoline. After putting my engineer cap on I then started using a set of ratcheting tie downs to help in bending the rods into position. I tied one end of the tie downs to the frame on the opposite side of the rods and the other end to the rod. I wrapped a small piece of an old bike inner tube around the rod about two inches below the top of the rod then I clamped a vice grip pliers on the rod. This prevented the tie downs from slipping off the rod. I tightened the tie rod and when the rods were in position it snapped right into the socket of the Trampoline Pad. I used two tie downs so I was able to setup two rods at a time on the opposite side.

Verified Reviews are real, authentic reviews collected from actual paying customers, using Shopper Approved's Verified Review Platform. When reviews are Verified by Shopper Approved, you know that you can trust them to make better buying decisions.
Unverified Reviews on the other hand, are reviews collected by Open Review platforms that allow anyone to leave a review, without any validation or proof of purchase. Unfortunately, most reviews you read online are Unverified Reviews, and can't be trusted.
As a consumer, here's how you can tell the difference:
Verified Reviews from Verified Review Platforms like Shopper Approved, have much higher review counts and higher overall Star ratings, because they attempt to collect reviews from every single paying customer.
Unverified Reviews from Open Review Platforms, tend to have much lower review counts and more negative Star ratings, because people with bad experiences are primarily those who leave reviews. This often creates a misleading, inaccurate portrayal of a companies true reputation.
