The salesperson on chat was very reassuring that they had checked Fed ex shipping during shelter-in-place and also said that we should check Amazon to make sure we were getting the best price since we were installing ourselves and didn't need the $100 promo off installation. (FYI, In the last 24 hours, Amazon's price fluctuated greatly)

Got the biggest size for our teen and tween. It takes up plenty of space, but they love it. I'm disappointed in the quality- after just a few weeks one of the double zipper tabs broke off. I know Covid is making response times lag, but I still have not heard back from the company to understand what they will do to fix/replace the zipper pull.

We love the trampoline so far, the large is nice and open for jumping, except for one of the zipper tabs broke off, which makes it difficult to open and close. hoping to hear back from the company for replacement soon.

I feel like we made a mistake buying this trampoline. I do agree with Springfree's claims that it is one of the safest trampolines, but there are others that are also safe but perform better (bigger bounce), like the Vuly Thunder PRO. Our neighbors have a Thunder Pro and the kids seem to gravitate toward that one and don't play on our Springfree as much. The Vuly also seems easier to assemble the Springfree, which was painful, literally. The Springfree instructions are not comprehensive and the assembly is rigorous. My wife got hurt while assembling the Springfree and the kids lacked the strength to help finish the job. I had to enlist the help of a neighbor to get the finish. I am not impressed with the customer service from Springfree. Emails and phone calls go unanswered and we feel like we are on our own after we bought the trampoline.

I have been coveting this trampoline for awhile... Due to Covid I did the Preorder. I consulted with a customer service rep as to the size I should purchase for our family of 5 as we were not able to go to the store. Really bummed we spent as much as we did and it is too small for our family and kids. Our children are 10, 9, and 6. The reason we purchased was we already had a 10ft round with springs.... we needed bigger as our kids are growing. The customer service rep recommended this size... stating we would get 2 extra feet due to not having springs. Our neighbors have a square. I was hoping we could share the backyard fun... the first day it was up... the kids came over.... out of their mouths "this is so much smaller then ours, lets go to our backyard." So now I have a $2k trampoline that is not getting used due to size. We have plenty of space for the larger size... a really unfortunate mis-purchase that is not returnable. I relied on the expertise of the company to buy site unseen and made a really expensive error.

Please make sure you get a accurate assessment of the right trampoline to buy from customer service for your family. Due to COVID we relied on a site unseen pre-order purchase and utilized the customer service rep to decide on either a medium or large oval of which we have space for either in our yard. We had a spring round 10 foot and wanted to upgrade due to our growing/aging children. While we love the trampolines and every time we go to someone's house with a Springfree it is jumped on over and over.... we waited and waited to purchase as it is an expensive trampoline. Unfortunately, it is too small for our family and not very much bigger then what we had. The rep told us that we would get 2 feet more jumping space as our 10 foot springs lost jumping space due to the springs. First words... this is really small Mom why did we get rid of the other one? I was very disappointed that an over $2k purchase our family saved for has only been used twice and our children and the neighbor's children are on the neighbor's square due to size. A very unfortunate COVID purchase that is not returnable...

For years we've been on the fence about getting a trampoline for the kids. In light of all that's happened in 2020 we decided that this was the right time to buy. My only regret is that we didn't do this sooner!

We bought this trampoline as a Christmas present for our kids 2.5 years ago. Our kids have used it non-stop. We were worried it would be used a lot in the first 6 months and forgotten about. Boy were we wrong! It's also a magnet for neighborhood kids too. The basketball hoop is a big hit and they like the Tagoma. The basketball hoop gets used more though. We live in Texas and the sun ruins everything outdoors....except the trampoline! It still looks new! The net is extremely sturdy and withstands our crazy kids. We get a lot of high wind storms in our area and it's knocked our fence down but the trampoline always stays in place. Our neighbor's trampoline (not spring free) has flipped over and ruined. We highly recommend this brand. It's been the best purchase and most used gift our kids have received.

We bought a large oval trampoline for the Christmas of 2013. The two things that sold us on spending so much money on a trampoline was the safety and warranty. We got the basketball goal with it and it didn't last a month. I didn't mind much but around two years it looked a little weird around the rim so we called customer service. They could not find our information and could not help us, we went to a store and they could not find our information and could not help us. We had Springfree deliver and install the trampoline so I was shocked they couldn't find our purchase or could do anything to help us remedy the problem. Life happened and we would call from time to time without help. We finally got a sort of answer but with no remedy and I am truly disappointed in the customer service. There is a expectation when you buy a product and the company touts its customer service.

We ordered our trampoline and received an email saying we would receive it in 7 to 10 business days . The next day they sent an email saying they were about 2 to 3 weeks behind . When they shipped it , they shipped 1/2 of one size trampoline and then parts for a different size . We asked them to send a complete box .they would not do that . They sent the missing half of the trampoline. The set up company came out looked at all the boxes and started making excuses as to why they could not put it together . So my husband decided we can put it together . He opens the new box and it does not have all the parts . So 7 weeks later we still don’t have a trampoline. Go to Costco save yourself the money and hassles

These folks don't stand behind their product. I spent thousands of dollars on a trampoline and the basketball hoop and ball. The ball broke apart and couldn't be repaired within the 3 month warranty period, but because I never thought these folks would weasel out on replacing such a clearly defective ball that I didn't rush to file the claim. They denied it and refused to replace the ball because I missed the 3 month deadline by a month. I'll never buy anything from these guys again and neither should you unless you want to get nickel and dimed.

Great product, but simply impossible to build alone. There was also one important missing step in the instruction - you need to balance the load when attaching the mat! Very important and should be emphasized and properly explained in the instructions. Otherwise - really great product for kids and adults

It's a great trampoline. It was very hard to put it together. My husband and I got it done, but we were doubtful at many points. It would be very beneficial to have 2 strong men.

Last year I took my kids to the store to look at the products. Then when the “stay home” order closed the local parks, a friend recommended his new purchase... the Springfree Large trampoline. I was able to place my order so easily and the person who came to set up was efficient and on time. Now any time I can’t find my kids, they’re usually out on the trampoline. Thanks for offering a great product and great service!!

The large trampoline was a perfect size for two kids without worrying they'd crash into each other. The purchasing process was simple and quick. My kid's have used it every day (even in the rain!).
