Purchased sat phone after doing a lot of online research. Sturdy phone as promised, easy to set up and get going. Highly recommend it to anyone that travels in off the grid areas. Also going to come in handy in hurricanes here in South Florida when no one else has services on the cells.

Bought the iridium extreme for emergency/off grid travel. Have not had opportunity to use other than calling online tec when setting up phone. Also bought spare battery and pelican 1200 case. To tight to fit all the accessories conveniently, probably would chose a little bigger case. Hopefully it does what I need it to do when I need it to.

Just ordered phone, Iridium extreme 9575, for emergency use. Believe I ordered service with enough minutes to use phone without undo cost. Got a good price on phone. Sales lady on phone was very prepared to answer any question. Only 4 stars because just ordered the phone. Wish they would wait till after you get the phone and try it out.

The phone was very reasonably priced, considering there was a special deal on the phone when purchasing a two year, 100 hour/mo plan for $99/mo. The operation of the phone is fairly easy and straightforward. Surprisingly little latency. Had a question and called the Satellite Phone Store and customer service was excellent. Highly recommended.

So I work in the middle east, sometimes we get attacks because of our location and even though in this area cellphone coverage works, I like knowing that even if something happens I can still get help if need be with the satphone and even send out an SOS, plus when I travel to other countries it will always been on my side. I thought maybe it wouldn't make it here during shipment but everything arrived intact. Huge shoutout to Eric for his outstanding customer service! Phone works great!

Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. This was a great product to have on the hunting trip. I gave peace-of-mind to both those on the trip, and those of us at home. The cellular phone did not work, but this satellite phone sure did. One thing you might want to tell your customers about is the pause between parties when talking. Wait a couple of seconds after 1st party finishes talking until 2nd next party speaks.
