Great finish, sold and well made. The teeny, tiny nails that come with it however, we only received one and it's impossible to nail into the inside of the pull so we had to find another way to mount it. Disappointing but I would order again I think, especially from this company

I was contracted to install a sliding wall art display for the Nixon Library in Yorba Linda, California. The Box Rail was constructed in a very good manner. Unfortunately I did not get all of the materials to hang and lock the rail to the hangers. Luckily a couple of dollars of hardware at Home Depot resulted in an adjustable hanger that I designed. The product worked flawlessly and the customer was happy. If it wasnt for the subpar locking mechanism for the rail to the hanger then everything would have been perfect.

We have installed several of the Franklin AutoSwing operators and have been very impressed with the ease of install and final performance. When we have run into any issues, either with installation concerns (headroom, out-swing vs. in-swing, etc.) or programming questions, we have always received prompt attention and have had all of our questions answered satisfactorily. We have specifically been impressed with Kalee and her thorough knowledge. She has been tremendous to work with and has provided great service, including sending out updated installation literature to ensure we are covering all of the bases. It is rare to have such a competent support group these days, and we will continue to use and recommend these operators due to excellent customer service/communication and a solid product build.

Look great on the door. Installed two, back to back, on a 1 3/4 inch door. Worked perfectly. Cutting and chiseling is a challenge but there really is not another option.

So glad I could get thee anti-crush rings as they were not available in Canada and did not come with the barn door hardware package sold here. It not only saved the drywall but allowed me to omit using a header board. Ordering was easy over the phone (best option for Canadians) and it arrived in 3 days.

We purchased sliding barn door hardware from another manufacturer a couple years ago but at that time they did not make them with the ability to add the soft close feature. We saw this on a friend's door recently and feel in love with this feature. We had to find something that would fit our existing hardware and this worked perfectly! It was easy to install although there aren't detailed directions, just some pictures.

It looks very nice, but it only comes as one so if you have 2 sliding doors you would need 2 of them. I had ordered 2 different kinds and had to us both. You do t see the guide for the inner door so they didn’t have to match. Weird

Unsure about the purchase of a door for a bathroom, we took a chance on this barn door company. All questions were responded to quickly and the shipment was terrific. The door came in a protective crate. Everyone has complimented the quality and heaviness of this barn door with a five panel frosted glass in beechwood. We planned to paint it white, but the wood was so nice we stained to match bedroom floors going into the recently marbled master bath. We love the door and the way the hardware provides easy sliding.

I ordered the door in mahogany with frosted glass. The quality of the wood and the craftsmanship are outstanding. I finished the raw wood with 3 coats of hand rubbed marine teak oil, and the wood simply comes alive. If you ask they'll mill the mortises for aero track hardware on the end of the door for a small charge. My only minor complaint is the frosted glass could stand to be "frosted" a bit more to make it truly privacy glass.

The opener performs as advertised. It is quite and is exactly what I needed. Just make sure to read the installation directions carefully if you have swinging doors as they are not very detailed. I’ve had it installed for two weeks so far, and I am totally satisfied. I only wish I had found the product sooner.

Awesome product. My only complaint would be that the instructions could be a more detailed and the print a little larger. The basic unit was easy to hang, but we ended up figuring out the softstops....worth the effort, but could have been easier.

Installed these 2 years ago, using them now on another project. Gorgeous! Note: they can be flush set completely into the door, a cleaner , more custom look. Make sure your carpenter knows wht he is doing with te router and template!

These fit perfectly on my 2" rail and was very easy to install. Wrench for set screws comes in the package. Slide them into place and tighten the screws, done.

This hardware is exactly as described on the vendor's webpage, it is absolutely gorgeous, and delivery was immediate. I recommend this product highly and would use this company again.

The soft close struts don’t fit between the rail and the adjustable door stop. Bar is 1/4” thick, strut body 3/32” or a fuzz more. Adjustable stop is 5/16 inside dimension...no worky! The soft close should be prettied up a little too since it’s fairly visible from the under side when installed. Especially given the upgrade price for them. Other than that very nice stuff. Bars, holes, stops, anti-crush bushings...all VERY consistent and high quality.
