The pvc outlet does not match standard shedule 40, 3" pipe. It may work with thin wall pvc, but took it to my local box store and found not parts that would mate with it. This should be noted when you are designing your system. I was able to machine an adapter but many people will be stymied if trying to glue up to 3" pvc

The filter seems to be designed to drop into a standard gutter, which is well and good, unless you are doing a schedule 40, 3" pvc drain system. It does not mate with that standard material. Maybe they sell an adapter...

For normal roof rain gutters this is a good way to protect underground drain pipes and monitor the functioning of the gutter screen system.

We use this pump to transfer water from an above-ground rain harvesting tank into a 5-chamber + UV-light filtration system, and from there into our underground potable water storage tank. Roughly, the above-ground tank is some 35 feet away from the pump; the return is about 25 feet. The psi stay steady throughout the entire process, the pump runs rather quietly compared to others I've tried, and it fires up without any problem each and every time. Love it !

Purchased my first one 5 years ago. Have been using it as my main water pump for my home. Highly used product with 7 people living in home. I believe it only failed because a piece of plumbing on my RO machine failed and completely soaked the pump. Ordered a second pump and received it. Works flawlessly.

Item needed for system HOWEVER, system shows clear 4 inch pipe. Site doesn't offer that part that fits in clear pipe. would be great if they offered that part with proper dimensions.

Level sensor is installed in a cistern. It has been installed for two weeks, batteries in receiver have just failed. Update rate set at 20 minutes. Second more concerning issue is the level sensor wildly swings. One moment the level is 75%, 20 minutes later the level is 15%. When I use a tape measure the 75% is correct.
