Highly recommended. I've been using this protein for years and couldn't be happier. I use it as an all-around protein for breakfast (2 scoops in 8oz of water), post-workout (1 scoop mixed with chocolate Fairlife) and pre-bedtime (2 scoops in 8oz of water). The taste is much better than other unflavored whey isolates that I've tried. I'm also lactose intolerant and this protein doesn't cause any indigestion.
